Collaborative Safety is dedicated to working with human services agencies to embrace a systems approach to learning and improvement. Collaborative Safety is uniquely qualified to provide tools, training and ongoing support to agencies wanting to enhance their critical incident reviews and establish a culture of safety.
Orientation trainings are designed for frontline staff, supervisors and community partners to introduce safety science concepts, old views and new views of safety and how the agency is going to conduct reviews in the Collaborative Safety model.
